Welcome to our home in Prague!

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, please adhere to the following house rules:

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-out:

  By 10:00
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Occupancy

• Maximum occupancy is 7 guests.
• Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
• Visitors are allowed with prior approval and must adhere to all house rules.

Quiet Hours

Please observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 6:00 to respect our neighbors.

Parties and Events

• Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
• Unauthorized gatherings may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

Pets

Pets are not allowed on the premises.

Smoking

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Designated smoking areas are available outside.
• Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Photography and Filming

• Commercial photography or filming is allowed with prior approval.
• Please contact us in advance to discuss arrangements.

Before You Leave

To help us prepare for the next guests, please:

• Turn off all appliances and lights.
• Ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked.
• Return all keys to the designated location.

Additional Guidelines

• Please treat our home with respect and report any damages or issues promptly.
• Dispose of trash in the designated bins.
• Do not rearrange furniture.
• Use appliances and amenities responsibly.
